Our stay in Leonardo Hotel was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was exceptional and the cleanliness impeccable. However, a couple small details could have made our stay more pleasant: - The air conditioning was not working and the room in general was very warm. - The TV did not work after several tries and it turned on automatically (volume only) at 9:00 am, waking us up in a disorienting manner. Apart from that, we can only thank Leonardo Hotel for the excellent service and kindness of its staff.

Overall, this hotel needs a Kick Ass indoor/ outdoor party pool. DJ‘s, Sports /team building, darts, billiard. Still very good without that.. would be tight tho Oh and Sauna ist nur an Abends ab 1800 Ich arbeite von 1530 - 2400. ich verstehe wann keine da ist… aber wann eine Kunde am 1100 saunieren will, hatte ich sofort jemand kommen la

We were very pleased with our stay, everything was really good. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. A bit away from Heidelberg town, you need a car. Easy to get to, close to the main road. Overall very good.
